y=36
It was "solutions" and not "solution"!
x = 12y/(y-12), y-12 should be a multiple of twelve, so, y must naturally be a multiple of 12, i.e 24,36,48,.....
keep in mind that certain multiples like y=96 will not give an integral solution.
