We know that terry is a male.
Let Terry's sister in law be Dale. Then Dales sibling is Lee.Then Lee's legal spouse is Terry.. which amounts to a joking situaton..
Then we have one more option left
Let Terry's sister in law be Lee. Then Lee's legal spouse is Dale and Dales sibling is his uncle terry or mother Lee.
thus all the relations(by my opinion cant be satisfied correctly but we definitely get to know that Terry is a married man.

The correct answer is Dale. Here's the explanation for it:
From [1]:
If Lee's spouse is Dale, then Dale's sibling cannot be Lee and must be Terry; then Terry's sister-in-law cannot be Dale and must be Lee.
If Lee's spouse is Terry, then Terry's sister-in-law cannot be Lee and must be Dale; then Dale's sibling cannot be Terry and must be Lee.
Then, in any case, all three of Lee, Dale , and Terry are accounted for and Terry's sister-in-law is a female.
So fron [2], Lee's spouse and Dale's sibling are both males.

but lee is terry's sister in law which mean's terry's wife's sister. hence terry is married too.
